Meet the Angels
John Howard is one of the most accomplished property developers, traders and investors in the UK today, with four decades of experience in the industry. John’s proficiency stems from the purchase and sale of over 3,500 houses, apartments and developments within the UK.
With a rental portfolio similar to many investors through his numerous property companies, John’s experience is vast; including traditional houses, hotels and large scheme developments. Having worked in residential and commercial property for many years, John has formed many valuable partnerships with leading industry contacts, adding breadth and depth to his expertise and knowledge.
A former management consultant who started working in property in 1990. Ranjan started investing in commercial property in 2003 and specialises in utilising permitted development rights to convert commercial buildings for alternative uses.
He develops both residential and commercial properties for long term rental. Ranjan has been helping others achieve financial freedom through property since 2003 and runs a unique mastermind programme for commercial property investors and developers.
Whilst many have learned the hard way that successful property investing is more than just guesswork, Helen Chorley has been quietly forging her own slow and steady path, building an investment portfolio in projects with a combined GDV of over £50 million.
A former investment banker, she has been involved in finance for over 20 years, giving her a deep understanding of the financials behind the deals she invests in. She has also invested over 10 years studying neuroscience and the mind, so intuitively picks up behavioural signals which form part of her holistic approach to investment decisions and business relationships.
Helen is a sought after speaker, writer and consultant, with one client (Oparo) recently completing a £78 million raise. She is a founding member of the inspiring Property Sisters UK community. She lives between London, Malta and Bermuda and she holds an MA in politics, philosophy and economics from Oxford University.
Nicholas Wallwork is a leading international property market commentator, investor, developer, mentor and globally published author. Nicholas heads up several property investment companies and as an author, he has written “Investing in International Real Estate For Dummies” and “Brexit For Dummies” (published by John Wiley & Sons, Inc.).
Through the “Redbrick” real estate brand, Nicholas and his team have an extensive track record of working on successful developments and investments in the property industry. He has a wide breadth of real estate experience with specific expertise in developing houses in multiple occupation, micro studio and co-living apartment blocks, and private rented-sector developments.
